Through the contact form we receive your first name, last name, email address and message. We receive your phone number and company name only if you enter them. If you email us directly, we receive the data in your email.

Only to answer your enquiry and agree on the next steps. We do not send you advertising or share your data for marketing. We do not make automated decisions or profile you.

Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. If no contract follows, the basis is Article 6(1)(f): our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and processes the form data before the email is sent. Cloudflare may also process data outside the European Economic Area.

Astrec Data OÜ hosts our mail server in Estonia.

We do not share the data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

If your enquiry does not lead to a contract, we delete the data within 12 months of our last contact. If we sign a contract, we keep the data for the term of the contract and for as long as the law requires.

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts. Cloudflare sees technical connection data, such as your IP address, to serve and protect the website.

You can ask for a copy of your data and ask us to correct it, delete it or restrict its use. You can also object to the use of your data. To do so, email info@rebahn.eu. If you believe we are violating your rights, you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
